Any type of legal, tax, accounting, billing or business advice discussed or recommended in this course should be utilized for information purposes only. As always, do your due diligence before implementing any advice found online. Accuracy

Every effort is made to ensure that the information provided in this course is accurate. Please realize that the practice of medicine and advanced practice nursing is constantly changing, and that one provider may interpret the available evidence differently from another. Furthermore, The Elite Nurse Practitioner is dedicated to providing evidence based and practical medical information to providers, but sometimes there is no available evidence to substantiate anecdotal claims obtained through clinical practice. Therefore, much of the information provided is based on expert opinion and extrapolation from what evidence is available. We cannot guarantee that the information provided is complete, correct, timely, current or up-to-date. Similar to any printed materials, the information may become out-of-date. We welcome comments, feedback and corrections. The information provided may be updated or changed at any time.

The Elite Nurse Practitioner cannot guarantee the accuracy or validity of the information presented. It is not intended to form definitive medical, financial, tax, or billing advice and we do not necessarily recommend that our opinions should be translated into clinical care and real world application. The intended audience of this course are nurse practitioners; therefore, you should always think critically and independently about any new information.

  • To personalize user experience
  • We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
  • To send periodic emails
  • We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

11. Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to provide accurate and world class clinical and business education to help nurse practitioners succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. The Elite Nurse Practitioner has a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on all of its courses as we understand life circumstances change. We currently have a 0.05% return rate for a reason: our courses provide actionable and valuable content to help the nurse practitioner grow within their professional career.

NOTICE: No refunds will be issued if the course is 100% complete and the CE certificate populates. This is to prevent dishonesty from people obtaining the CE certificate and then wanting their money back. Once the CE certificate is awarded, we have a no refund policy in place.

If the CE certificate is not awarded:

100% refunds will be issued within 30 days of any course purchase if you do not derive significant value from our products.

After 30 days, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the total cost of the course refund.

After 90 days, a 20% transaction and tax fee will be deducted from the total cost of the course refund.

After 1 year, a 40% transaction, tax, and convenience fee will be deducted from the course as Galaxy Medical Southwest LLC would have already paid taxes on the course purchase. Galaxy Medical Southwest LLC cannot recapture these taxes paid as LLC taxes are paid yearly on all earnings.

If the course has been watched in full and practice documentation has been downloaded, we reserve the right to process refund requests on a case by case basis to prevent dishonesty and piracy.
